If you are fond of boating excursions, then Naini lake in Uttrakhand has to be your ultimate destination. The authority of Nainital and boat operators’ committee have announced that all adventure seekers are welcome for boating expeditions from SEPTEMBER 1.
As per the sources, this decision was made in a meeting on 24 August. Although the trips to hilly town have begun, boating is still prohibited. But from September 1, you will be able to ride a boat. The booking will resume as usual.
It has been recorded that at the lake, there are 222 rowing boats and about 60 pedal boats. It is a primary source of income for nearly 300 boatmen and resuming of this business will surely help them earn their living hassle-free.
Amid coronavirus, the rule of social distancing will be strictly followed for the safety of both business owners and travellers. Boats should be sanitised, and everyone should wear marks while boating.
